Extremely impressed with our host and the property. Spotlessly clean, well laid out and fully equipped. The apartment is short walk the restaurant and shopping area but is really quiet, unlike many areas around the beach. Our host was very friendly and helpful and immediately responsive for any questions or if we needed a hand. All in all an excellent stay!

Just Perfect!

We stayed here in May and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home and location was perfect. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The place was equipped with everything like you were at home. You are also close to walk to everything. From nightlife to a tranquil setting you have it all. Our host Maria was fantastic. If we had a question she responded very quickly. Will definitely stay there again!

We just got back from our one week stay in this wonderful apartment - our host Senhora Maria was great, very quick response to our questions, check in and check out were easy. Maria arranged parking for us also which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean and bright. Being so close to the hustle and bustle of the night life we were surprised how quiet the street and even terrace were at night! The AC worked great, the kitchen was excellent and the walk in showers on both levels were perfect as well. The living room has books, television, plenty of cozy blankets and pillows, everything we needed. Wifi worked excellent. Will definitely return to this apartment at our next visit to Praia Dos Pescadores!

Lovely Apartment

We enjoyed staying in this apartment very much! Marie was a very nice host and explained everything well to us. There was coffee, tea and other items that we were able to use during our stay. The location was on a quiet street but near the path to the beach and the path to restaurants and bars.

Exploring Algarve part 1

Maria was a delightful host checking in with us without being intrusive and offering suggestions for things to do. The flat was well equipped and comfortable. Albufeira does offer an active bar scene if that’s your thing and the apartment is close to the “party vibe” as well as to beaches and hiking.

Once again, Marie delivers!

Second time staying here, and just as wonderful. Excellent amenities, comfortable, safe, close to everything you want for entertainment, shops, restaurants, nice outdoor area and private. Great communication with the host, smart tv, nice size cozy beds, exceptionally clean. This is my go-to when I want to get away to a warmer part of Portugal. Never a disappointment. Thank you, Marie!

Charming Home & Amazing Host!!

My husband, friends & I absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, close proximity to shopping, restaurants & the beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated & sparking clean! Living & traveling in Europe we found the AC to be exceptional! The layout worked well for us too. My husband & I prefer to sleep in so the detached room off the rear patio was a great option for us. Our friends stayed in the main room attached to the main entrance with living room and kitchen. All of the recommendations from the lovely host were spot on! Can't wait to visit again!

RUN FAR AWAY!!!!

This host did not notify the listing that the 2nd bedroom entrance is outside and down a stairway and the 2nd bathroom is also outside the bedroom that is downstairs. She ONLY wanted us to use radiant floor heating which did NOT work in the 2nd bedroom downstairs and barely heated the upstairs bedroom and living room area. Circuit for heating was turned off and had to notify Maria and then she told us where to flip the circuit to turn it on. By the next morning the temperature was only 18C (64 F). The next evening she told us about remotes to the HVAC system that worked in both bedrooms but not in the living room. After going back and forth with the host she showed up again and took the remotes so we had NO heating at all. So cold. We decided to stay elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

It's a "souplex" it means that you have 2 levels! In the second level you have a bedroom and a bathroom, all my guests appreciated this layout! Couples can have more privacy, even children appreciate and feel more independent because there is a level (but private of course, it's not outside in the street) with their parents! Heating worked perfectly for a temperature of 22 to 26 degrees before you disturbed the whole digital system! this house was renovated 3 years ago, heating and air conditioning are checked once a year! You left the house without warning for 24h! leaving doors and windows open (house is in the ground floor)!?? Heating at 35 degrees? Air conditioning the coldest 16 degrees!! lights on! shower on!? Ice falling in the floor from the air conditions! What unconsciousness! It could have started a fire, the house could have been robbed! I have been renting since 6 years, I'm superhost in airbnb, I have 9,7 in booking, I do all my best to satisfy my guests, I never imagined such an experience!

En plein coeur de la vieille ville

Magnifique endroit en terme d’architecture. Appartement propre, au goût du jour, charmant. De tout pour un séjour réussi. Marie est très gentille. Multiples restaurants à proximité.Peut-être un peu moins approprié pour une jeune famille. La deuxième chambre est comme dans un deuxième appartement en bas d’escaliers. Trop séparé pour ma jeune fille. Aussi dans cette chambre on entend beaucoup les bruits de la ville qui fête. Je crois que c’est le cas d’une grande partie de la ville! Par contre dans la chambre principale c’est beaucoup moins fort. Bref nous avons tout de même beaucoup apprécié notre séjour! Merci Marie!

Un petit coin de paradis !

Notre séjour à Albufeira aurait perdu un peu de son charme sans Maria ! Sa maison est irréprochable, fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, avec une isolation phonique épatante (très appréciable tard le soir), la terrasse est si agréable tôt le matin et toute la soirée, le quartier est typique, proche de tout et calme. En plus, c'est magnifique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Maria, quant à elle, est un vrai rayon de Soleil, son accueil est chaleureux , ses conseils inestimables tout comme sa gentillesse et son honnêteté. Toujours à l'écoute et aux petits soins !
