Bring the whole family and friends and come and relax in our lovely holiday home, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful North Wales town of Llangollen.
With plenty of indoor and outdoor space, Including a large Kitchen/Diner, Spacious Lounge and a large conservatory for complete relaxation.
To the outside there are three separate Garden/ Patio areas for you to sit, relax and dine.
We also have a smart front doorbell/camera if you need to contact us on arrival.

Great weekend break

Lovely house for a family birthday party, slept 8 adults in comfort, lovely lounge and kitchen for chilling out. 5 mins walk into lovely Llangollen with great cafes, pubs, restaurants and river. Hope to be back soon

Fabulous House

This house was ideal for our stay. Comfy, spacious and in a great location to explore Llangollen. Great communication from Richard. Would love to stay here again in warmer weather to enjoy the outside spaces.

Lovely cosy property in a great location

We stayed here as a friend group for a long weekend for a 50th birthday. The cottage is in easy walking distance of the centre of Llangollen (approx 10 mins stroll). Beds comfy, living room warm and spacious, kitchen well stocked and bathrooms excellent. Stunning views across the Welsh hills. Great dinner at the Corn Mill, and an absolutely fantastic Sunday roast at the Bridge End Hotel, and a poke round the little shops in town. Wonderful property in a great location, would definitely stay again. Checking in and out super easy, host Richard great with communication. Many thanks.

Great place in Wales

Great accommodation for our group of six! Had everything we needed and place was spotless & comfortable. Perfect outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful warm weather we had. Short walk into town plus a good base to set out from to enjoy northern Wales. Not a concern for us (except lifting our luggage) but there are a few steps up to the front door that could be a challenge for some. Our host, Richard, was amazing! Ongoing communication right from the time of booking. Quick responses and even checked in to see how we were doing. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for adding to our wonderful memories of Wales!

MY wife Jillian and myself Richard, would like to welcome you all to our property. We hope everyone and there pets enjoy what our home has to offer. Please feel free to enjoy the three outdoor areas, especially in the warmer months. and then indoors relaxation, of our conservatory and lounge.

Why they chose this property

You will have the benefit of three outdoor areas for you to relax and enjoy, whether it's a glass of wine or dining with the family, or even a bit of sun bathing on the top deck that's a glorious sun trap.
You then have the indoors, where you can relax in our large rooms being the lounge or the conservatory, and don't forget the most important room , the kitchen where there are plenty of appliances for you to do the cooking and enjoy your meals around the eight seater dining table.
Four fantastic and comfortable bedrooms for you to get a great nights sleep, and two bath/shower rooms, as well as a downstairs cloakroom for you to cleanse yourself after a not so stressful day.
