From check-in to check-out this was a terrible experience. At check-in you need to rely on tail-gating someone in. If nobody around, then you have to buzz another apartment. That didn't work either. We eventually got in and upstairs. The electronic door lock is a disaster. We kept trying and trying. Eventually accessed the property. We found out, after other fruitless attempts to get in and several phone calls, including one where I was told it'd be at least an hour's wait, that you had to wave the back of your hand over the lock to wake it up. Of course you do! Everybody knows that! Not! So much for two "balconies". Fellow travellers, there aren't. One is no more than a window and the other is a narrow little step. Nothing that will allow you to sit outside. Further, you're expected to wash dishes, but there's no detergent. Here's a tip -- if you want clean dishes, you need to provide the stuff to do it. The television had next to no stations and certainly no BBC. Why? When I asked, I was told to call "George". I said I'd already called the person we were dealing with. And hardly amazing, I didn't hear from George or anyone else to resolve the issue.
