Our Home is your Home. The best place to spend your vacation.
This property is ideal for family looking for a quite place to stay - where you can stay safe - to spend quality time.
Our home is your home.
This is a 3 bedroom house, 2 showers/toilets, reception area, dining area, kitchenette (where you can cook your own food) and garage(if you have big car you are free to use the clubhouse parking area and basketball court). This is a small community composed of 143 units with a 24 hour security guard.
Our advantage is we have a water tank to supply you water during your stay. (Water Supply is the No.1 problem in Cebu.)
As a start of your stay with us we have a little bit of something to welcome you as compliments from the house - coffee, water, softdrinks and snacks.
We have rice cooker, stove and pans to cook your own food and electric kettle for your tea and coffee. Plates, drinking glasses, cups and cutlery are provided too.
There are variety of shops outside (not a posh coffee shop).
Small market, bakery, launderette, resort-swimming pool are just a within reach.
Malls, big shops and coffee shops 10mins drive
SM Seaside 30-40mins drive
Anjo World Theme Park - Minglanilla 30mins drive
Lantaw Restaurant SRP 20-30mins drive.
Cebu City Santo Nino Church 40mins.
Most of all our staff are friendly and professional.

We are a couple working abroad. Our lovely home in Talisay, Cebu is available to rent as holiday house to enjoy the Beautiful City of the South-Cebu. Cebu is the oldest City in the Philippines and has a very deep history of Filipino culture.
