DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!!
This has to be, in my 10 plus years as a VRBO customer, the absolute Worst experience I have ever had! The unit is located on the THIRD floor and there is no elevator (this was only the start of a TERRIBLE experience). While the unit itself was OK, we were woken EVERY MORNING TO LOUD banging, drilling and construction as the building was being remodeled (and BEFORE the owner posts that he told us this... That is an ABSOLUTE LIE!! I have EVERY screenshot and communication prior to the booking and there was NEVER a mention of it. The incredibly loud noise started at 7 AM EVERY DAY! Impossible to get any rest. When we complained to the owner it took THREE DAYS before they responded with a note basically saying there was nothing they could do. Add to that that half way through our MISERABLE stay, they told us not to use the water in the unit until further notice! We had to Leave 5 days early as it was not feasible to stay there! Be warned!! This owner processes payment through Thier own system and while VRBO claims they have a Guarantee when you book through them all I got was someone from India telling me to reach out to the owner... Which I did NUMEROUS TIMES. They refuse to answer our calls or emails. TOTAL SCAM being run by this owner!
I have NUMEROUS videos and screen shots documenting EVERY SINGLE CLAIM I have made here and am HAPPY to share them. I sent ALL to VRBO and they still were of NO ASSISTANCE!
SHAME ON YOU VRBO for allowing this kind of ABUSE!
