Comfortable apartment in a very strategic location in the heart of San Lorenzo Marke's neighborhood, 5 minutes far from Duomo Square and within 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station.  
The apartment has: a double room with double bed (no possible twin beds); a living area with kitchenette    fully equipped with washing machine and    a table for 4 guests and a sofa bed (that can become a French Bed). T he spacious bathroom has a comfortable shower and a washing machine. Recently restyled, it is located at the third floor of an ancient building, no elevator, it is not fitting for guests wuth reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required . City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
