About this property

With a spectacular 270-degree sea view, Trelant was designed and built in 1970 with the perfect holiday in mind. It has been in the same family ever since.
Relax and unwind in this well-equipped, comfortable family home overlooking Perpean cove and the coastal path to Chynalls cliff and Meres beach.
The large private terrace with built-in seating for outside dining and space for sunbathing is the perfect spot to enjoy the incredible coastal views.
The split-level double-aspect living room has an open fireplace in the sitting area for the chillier months and French doors onto the terrace to throw open when the sun is shining.
The dining area on the upper level has a fabulous window seat that seats 6 comfortably.
The property has been designed to make the most of the views with the living/dining room and two of the three bedrooms overlooking the sea.
The main and second bedrooms both have sea views. You won't need to leave the village but if you want to there is plenty of interest close by.
