Annonce mensongère/ Lies about the flat

On the french booking site, the flat was mentionned as a two bedrooms one. That is the reason why i booked it. In fact, it's only a single room flat! After several mails with the real estate agency, i have been told they would send me a 10% refund. One month later, still waiting for it! It's a rip-off!!
