Cozy apartment with terrace in Piazza Dante, in the heart of Genoa. The apartment, located on the second floor of the famous Torre Piacentini and accessible by elevator, has been recently renovated and custom furnished. It opens onto an open space that includes the fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine and a dining table, and the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV and a desk. From here, guests can access the terrace furnished with table and chairs, overlooking the city. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a TV, with access to the terrace as well. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating will be at guests’ disposal.*The apartment is located on the first floor with the elevator, however if you take the stairs you will need to go up two floors. *There is no bidet in the bathroom.Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
