Villa Malaya for 18 people is composed of the main Villa with swimming pool for 12 people and the annex, also with swimming pool, located in the same property a short distance away hosts another six people, for a total of 18 people.
Located on one of the most beautiful and panoramic roads of the island, the residence is surrounded by a 1 hectare garden of trees and Mediterranean scrub.
Quiet neighborhood, close to Alghero and the Speranza beach. Alghero is about 4 kilometers away and a car is necessary. The sea is 800 meters away as the crow flies. The closest beach is about 3 km away.

Main Villa:
On the ground floor of the villa you will find six bedrooms, five of which are double and one bedroom with two single beds and three bathrooms (one with a normal bathtub and two with a shower).
On the first floor, however, there is the living area with a TV corner, dining area and equipped kitchen, as well as a terrace with deckchairs, dining table and barbecue where you can enjoy delicious grilled food overlooking the sea. Exclusive swimming pool in the wonderful garden
Air conditioning is present in all the bedrooms

The dependance is arranged over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find a charming dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The open-plan living area features a double bed and a bathroom.
On the upper floor, overlooking the living area, there is a double bedroom with a small terrace offering sea views and panoramic scenery.
The second sleeping area, also located on the upper floor and without a fully enclosed entrance door, consists of a mezzanine double bedroom overlooking the lounge.
The outdoor area of the dependance includes a covered and furnished porch, as well as a private swimming pool with modest dimensions and shallow water depth, for exclusive use.
