Apartment - Elstar with terrace

The small, cozy apartments in the Elstar house are ideal for 1-3 people. They each have a small, separate kitchen and a spacious living room and bedroom with a nice seating area/dining area, flat screen TV and a comfortable box spring bed. If required, the sofa can be converted into a bed for a third person.
"Elstar 1 and 2" have a terrace.
The apartment includes a parking space and free WiFi.
The flats are freshly renovated, cosy and lovingly furnished. We can offer you 5 one-room flats and 4 two-room flats in the houses Elstar and Topaz. Most of these flats have a balcony or terrace.
The holiday flats also have a beautiful communal garden with a large trampoline, football pitch,
sandpit and seating areas with a view of the apple trees.

There is a parking space for each flat and of course we offer free Wi-Fi.

Our guests can safely store their bikes in the bike shed or use our rental bikes for an excursion.

Kleine, aber schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hatte nur eine kleine Küche, war aber erstaunlich gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war recht groß. Alles sehr sauber. Besonders schön ist die zur Wohnung gehörende Terrasse mit großem Tisch und Stühlen, die man vom Zimmer aus betreten konnte. Vor dem Eingang gab es noch einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Es gab einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnunh. Außerdem gibt es noch eine teilweise überdachte Lounge mit 2 größeren Tischen und mehren Stühlen, wo man auch mit anderen Bewohnern zusammensitzen könnte. Es gibt ein geräumiges Fahrradabstellhaus, zu dem jede Ferienwohnung bei Bedarf einen Schlüssel erhält. Man hat dort reichlich Steckdosen, um E-Bikes zu laden. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Es gibt auch einen Brötchenservice , der prima funktioniert. Man kann auch z.B. Saft dort kaufen. Tipps und Informationen für Ausflüge gab es auch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt .
