This luxury condo is located in Building Three, where the main lobby is & steps away from the famous "Doc’s Beach House" restaurant on Barefoot Beach. Never run out of things to do. Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink or choose from a range of activities like shelling in the morning, jet skiing, parasailing, or just enjoying a sunset. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, & a screened-in lanai (Balcony). The Beach & Tennis Club is a resort with two heated pools. Other amenities include nearby restaurants & a spa/salon.

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, fabulous restaurants, museums, & excellent shopping nearby Naples. Just bring a towel!

Why they chose this property

This is the only property of its kind in Barefoot Beach. Nothing like it comes close. It also strategically located where you can enjoy different views of the Gulf. It is within walking distance, and my that I mean 129 steps from the edge of the Beach and Tennis club (where the condo is located) to the beach. You will love this place so much you will want to move there as soon as possible.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is only 20 minutes from the Ft Myers Airport (RSW). It is approximately 2 hours from Orlando or Tampa or Miami, depending on your preference. It is quiet yet very engaging. It is not as crowed by tourists as Naples or Ft Myers and the people there are so friendly you might think you know them from back home. We came here once and loved it so much we bought this condo we now want to share with you.
