Coco Palm Beach Villas Complex featuring villas, suites and apartments opened its gates under our ownership in 2023!

Each private holiday home is differently decorated and recently renovated with all the amenities for relaxing moments!

We have gone the extra mile to create a home away from home for each guest! Just at a shortcut from the lively resort of Tsilivi the property offers Pool with sun beds and umbrellas, Prisitne gardens, Snack Bar and BBQ area for relaxing and memorable holidays!

The Villa II, 85 sq.m., harmoniously combines discreet luxury, attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere.

The living room and kitchen are situated on the ground floor together with a comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with marble details as well as a sofa bed.

The master bedroom with a double bed is situated on the first floor. The furniture and fabrics used create a romantic atmosphere, whilst the private veranda offers complete privacy, as well as wonderful views to the green Acrotirion hill. At this stage you will find an En- Suite bathroom with shower!

This Villa is suitable for up to 5 persons!

A few steps away you can reach Tsilivi beach with sand!

3rd time staying here as we loved this place, but was very disappointed this time, stayed 11 nights, they changed the check in time from 2pm to 4pm, a villa that sleeps 4, there was only 3 cups and 2 big plates,grounds and pool not maintained, pool was always dirty, rarely had the filters running and not cleaned at all during our stay,not once did a cleaner come to the villa, I had to ask for clean towels and linen and change the beds ourselves, also had to get own cleaning materials, no cloths, brush, mop and bin bags, who ever is running this now they have really let their standards drop, mould all round the bath and the shower curtain, sink stained, the window sill in the bathroom was thick in dust and dead flies,will not be staying here again.

You’ll find our villas set on a beautiful setting next to the beach!
