Beautiful Property / Unresponsive Hostess

The property was beautiful however an unresponsive hostess and no attention to detail made the stay stressful.and not worth the rental price. We had trouble getting access to the property, the hot tub was empty and had no power, unable to get response to WiFi password request, lack of supplies in bathrooms, no operating instructions for kitchen appliances or AC system
