Malthouse Cottage is a beautiful, newly refurbished retreat only a twenty-minute walk away from main West Wittering beach. Malthouse Cottage has a Hottub, even on those chilly days you can take a dip in the water!

Malthouse Cottages has three bedrooms accommodating six people and sofa bed linen's can be provided in the living room to accommodate eight.

The large open plan kitchen, dining room with utility can easily accommodate a large group for dining and entertaining. During the warmer days the kitchen snug area opens up on to the decking by pulling back the beautiful bi-fold doors looking out to the large garden beyond. Malthouse Cottage is in a prime position with fields beyond making this countryside spot perfect for any West Wittering fan.

Malthouse Cottage kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay. Included is a fridge, freezer, wine fridge, double oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine and dryer is in the separate utility space.

The cosy living room is ideal in winter. With electric log fire effect burner you can cosy down while catching up on the latest series or movie on the large widescreen smart television.

Wifi is available throughout the property.

Malthouse Cottage has one beautifully designed family shower room on the ground floor; with large walk in shower, as well as a en suite shower room attached to the master bedroom on the first floor.

Parking at Malthouse Cottage is roadside, but it is very quiet and ample spaces will be available.

West Wittering is not the only location worth visiting on your doorstep. The historic cathedral city of Chichester lies just to the north including Chichester Festival Theatre, which attracts some of the world's top actors and often runs shows before they move onto London. Make sure to check out what's on.

Goodwood is a 25-minute drive. If you are visiting the famous Festival of Speed or Revival Festival, you can also catch a bus running to and from the venue at Chichester station

Lovely home in perfect location

We’re a family of 4 and a dog, & we all had a great time. The house was clean, practical, & the open plan kitchen/family room was amazing. We all enjoyed the hot tub on a few occasions, & a great sized back garden that our dog loved. The house is a 15 minute walk to WW beach, the perfect location to explore the local area. We’ll definitely be back:-)

Malthouse

Overall very nice. Hot tub a bit of a waste this time of year. Maybe add some electric showers with a bit more pressure as both showers were very poor. Hard to get temperature right. Downstairs bathroom very cold. Good cooking facilities and utensils although oven gloves would be useful. Car essential as a good 30 minute walk to nearest beech or shops.

Overall great stay. Comfortable and clean

We had a lovely stay at malthouse cottages. The house was clean and in good condition. One drawback was that when we arrived at the property we were greeted by loud barking, with a dog peering over a low fence. We have young children and they were very disturbed by it. I tried to contact the emergency telephone as or was our of hours and got no reply. Would have expected better communication with the hosts. Other than that the house was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely time.

Thank you for leaving your review. We are pleased you had such a lovely stay at Malthouse Cottage. We had received a voicemail, however, was under the impression it was feedback rather than needing a phone call as it was on the emergency number. Sadly, there is very little the booking agent can do about the neighbours dog. We have not had any guest complain about a neighbouring dog, so fingers crossed it was just a visiting dog.
