We want staying in Rodham House to feel like an idyllic home from home, so we’ve gone the extra mile to make it really comfortable and welcoming for you, ensuring a balance between spaciousness and cosiness, luxuriousness and practicality, all whilst operating sustainably.

This private house is a spacious semi-detached property and includes a large dual-aspect master bedroom with ensuite shower. Three delightful further bedrooms are made up as 2 king rooms and one twin room, making this an ideal house for families and/or groups of friends. A family bathroom with shower over bath is located upstairs, whilst an additional toilet is located in the utility room.

On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob. The separate dining room comfortably seats 8 on a large wooden table, perfect for sharing laughs as a group over dinner. The bright and airy lounge has ample space for everyone to relax in front of a film or enjoy a bit of friendly competition over a board game. Patio doors open out onto the terrace and garden, complete with outdoor furniture, a firepit, BBQ and pizza oven. In a private nook of the garden is a tranquil wood fired hot tub, making for the ultimate relaxing evening!

The gardens mature hedgerow and trees enable you to watch and listen to the wildlife and as the night draws in you'll be able to watch the sky put on a colourful display with the sun setting over the surrounding fields.

Inside the house, magazines, books and board games make for cosy evenings in. We provide quality bedding, linen and towels and British made, natural toiletries. A link to our accommodation app is sent at the time of booking which includes a detailed list of amenities.

Outside there is a fire pit, BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor seating and your own private wood-fired hot tub to soak in under the stars.

Complete with luxurious, modern and cosy décor and furniture, all sustainably sourced where possible, this house marries style with practicality to ensure nothing is overlooked and every moment can be enjoyed.

Based on the owners' family farm, the house enjoys views out over the fields beyond plus boasts beautiful views of the sunsets and a real chance to reconnect with nature.

Situated in The Fens, just 7 miles from Ely, 9.5 miles from Cambridge and lots of attractions in between, there is something to suit everyone. Whether you are looking to relax, be pampered, explore, or catch up with friends and family in the area, we are well located. Why not try water sports at Cambridge Aqua park, just across the road, have a lesson at Cambridge Gun Club, take a guided punt tour around the backs of the Cambridge University colleges or up your steps with a walk around Wicken Fen.
