This modern spacious 2 storey 1st floor apartment situated within a new build home is perfect for small groups or contractors.

Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with stand in shower designed with a minimalist in mind.

The master bedroom has floor length glass doors which in the morning allow ample light whilst you indulge in some breakfast in bed.

For all the budding chefs there is a large modern spacious kitchen equipped with all amenities

Free private parking so in Cambridge where parking is often difficult or expensive you can easily leave your car , jump on the bus for a short 7/10 minute ride into town centre or grab an uber

Perfect for those football fans as just a short 3 minute walk is Cambridge football ground.
Fancy a curry then pop down to the award winning Pipasha restaurant just a 2 minute walk out of the quiet residential area
15 minute stroll to the river Cam, where you can walk along with either your fury friends or just to get those steps in.
stroll leisurely all the way into the town centre alongside the river or stop at the restaurant for a bite to eat whilst watching the boats sailing by.
If you fancy a quicker journey then just walk all the way down Newmarket road or jump on one of numerous bus's traveling to town every 15 minutes from the bus stop located just 3 minutes from the house.

Our stay

A nice apartment with easy bus link into Cambridge centre. Bedrooms small but ok for a family, as opposed to 4 adults as head room limited also. Kitchen needs far more crockery and utensils, doubling up would eliminate having to wash up, and enable use of the dishwasher. Wi-fi connection was hit and miss, despite help from property manager visiting many times tho, ofcourse, this was appreciated.

Perfect apartment for the perfect location.

Amazing apartment just off the arterial road to centre of Cambridge. Quiet location, with all possible amenities. Beautiful laid out apartment with everything you could need for your stay. Thank you Fatima and Laura for providing a home from home. Hope to be back very soon
