Welcome to Ducato di Zante, a luxurious villa in a private location with a sparkling heated pool and direct access to the beach. Live in comfort and luxury and enjoy the best of Zakynthos with us!

Step into a spacious one-story building featuring four bedrooms, two on the front and two on the back. The front bedrooms boast a double queen-size bed, while the back bedrooms feature two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a shower, so you can refresh yourself at your convenience. The living room features a comfortable double sofa that can be used as a bed, and breathtaking views of the sea, while the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for preparing your own meals.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large and private outdoor area complete with a spacious heated pool. The sunbeds and umbrellas will allow you to lounge about and enjoy the sun, and an outdoor shaded dining area with a built BBQ will make the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

For those seeking the ultimate in relaxation, massages can be arranged at the villa for an extra fee. Car rental services and boat trips are also available for a surcharge. Enjoy the ultimate luxury vacation at Ducato di Zante!

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous villa, probably the best we have ever stayed in. Vasso was an exceptional host, providing information and recommendations whenever we asked - she also arranged taxis which was a huge help. The villa exceeded our expectations, the location was perfect - the addition of paddle boards was a very welcome bonus. Some lovely tavernas/restaurants within walking distance - Porto Roulis was excellent and highly recommended. Thank you for the generous welcome pack, this was much appreciated We are a family of 6, ages ranging from 19 -79 and this bills met all our needs.
