Traditional Scottish Cottage

Granite Cottage is a traditional Scottish cottage, in Bridge of Cally, Perthshire (`the heart of Scotland`). Superbly located just a few miles south of The Cairngorms and a few miles north of Perth. This is a beautiful spot and excellent base for golf, fishing, shooting, mountain biking, road biking, winter sports or relaxing. It has all modern home comforts for a welcoming space. Shop, restaurant, bar and play area within walking-distance.

Accommodation comfortably sleeps five with two large first-floor bedrooms (sofa-bed in lounge available for up to two people on request). Lounge with log burner and TV. Dining room with dining table seating up to seven people, log burner and pair of winged-back chairs for quiet time by the fire. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and hot drinks facilities including fresh coffee machines. Family bathroom on ground floor with WC, shower and underfloor heating, with additional en-suite with WC and shower in master bedroom. Boot room with washer/dryer. Wifi available throughout and access to Netflix and Amazon tv channels.

Great location to use as a base for exploring The Cairngorms, Perthshire and Aberdeenshire

Located on a quiet road between Bridge of Cally and Pitlochry, around 500 metres from A93 passing through Bridge of Cally. Car advisable, with limited bus service to Blairgowrie/Pitlochry. Within 5 minute walk of Cateran Trail for any walkers choosing a longer stay en-route.

Car parking strictly for maximum two cars only
A few simple rules to make your stay easier.

- Please leave all wet items in the Utility room/back hallway side of the property. The heater in the hallway will dry them off nicely if they are hung on the coat hooks.

- No smoking anywhere on the property.

- We are in a rural location and use a sceptic tank therefore don`t flush anything down the toilet apart from toilet paper.

- The heaters are electrically controlled, when leaving please set them to 12oC.

- Please park your car beside the cottage and be respectful of our neighbours space.
