Welcome to our lovely, modern 2 bed apartment, located on the first floor. The living space adjoins to the dining area, hosting a 43” 4K smart TV and fully equipped dinning and kitchen area, finished to a very high standard.

Two large bedrooms. Master bedroom offering a generous king size bed, with bedroom two offering a double size bed.

The property has a spacious family bathroom with a shower bath.

SELF CHECK-IN

The property has a lock box on the entrance door, which will provide you with a set of keys for the main entrance door and apartment door.

Note: There is a ring camera monitoring the apartment front door, for your safety.

Cotham is a lovely, high end area of Bristol. A well respected neighbourhood.

There is parking available directly outside, outside of the permit parking time frames.

Several methods of travel available, parking available all across the city, buses, trains and electric scooters. Uber taxis.

Parking is available at the property, very close by, directly opposite. (less than a 2 minute walk). Variable charges and durations. Information is available in the welcome pack.

Weekend break

Property is ok, a little tired, the entrance hallway is a bit of a mess which doesn’t give the best first impression. Entrance doorway and path are a nightmare in the dark as there is steps. A light is needed as per other reviews. The kitchen cutlery is a bit random there isn’t even a set of four of everything. The bathroom floor is dangerous when it gets a bit wet, a floor mat is needed. Towels are provided but you only get 1 per person, no hand towels. Location is great.
