If you are looking for a place to stay super close to the center of Porto but still in a quieter area, this is the place! This property is located just 5 minutes from the "General Torres" metro and train on foot. If you go down the street, you will come directly to the famous D. Luis I Bridge and to Cais de Gaia. This property has lots of natural light and you will find everything you need during your stay, such as a kitchen with all utensils, a sofa and TV, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom.

A fully equipped apartment on the first floor (no elevator) - it is modern and recently renovated. There is one bedroom, a bathroom, a bright living room and there is AC installed at the apartment.

The proximity to the city center (truly, you are just a few minutes away from Porto town and you will enjoy the beautiful walk over the Dom Luís I Bridge with its stunning architecture), also you are 2 minutes away from Jardim do Morro, one of the most beautiful views of Porto and the Douro river. The main street is full of many shops, charming historic centre, restaurants, cafés, and unique hotspots, make it the ideal place for your stay in Porto. Also you are in the place of the Porto wine cellars. We are sure you will not be disappointed.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals from 21:00 to 9:00 a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

» We provide the basic amenities for the first use: toilet paper, bin bag, coffee , sugar and tea. Please let us know if you need extra or linen we will gladly arrange it with our cleaning team. Please note that additional charges will apply.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or leaves the key in the inside of the door a fee of 60 euros will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of 80 euros will apply.

» There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €100 smoking fee (minimum).
