The villa is just a 15-minute stroll from the town centre of Sami and a short drive from the fabulous Anti-Samos beach boasting magnificent turquoise crystal clear waters - here the visitor can enjoy a variety of water sports. Two of the island's biggest attractions, Drogarati Cave and Melissani Lake are also within easy reach of the villas.

My parents returned from Australia some time ago and purchased 10,000 m² of land by the sea just outside of Sami, with the dream of building four luxurious villas totally independent of each other, with their own style and character each representing the owner's tastes this dream was completed in 2008.
