This spacious house with a great view to green space and the koutavos lagoon is located in the village of Vlychata,which is one of the most peaceful and calm places in Kefalonia.
It's ideal for a family or for a group of friends,is fully equipped with all the necessary, so the guests will enjoy a relaxed and stress-free vacation.The garden provides a cozy spot to relax, dine, or just listen to the sounds of the birds.Also,the house is very close from the famous beach Petani and Sklavos Winery.
The house has an amphitheatrically view to green space and the Ionian sea as well to Κoutavos lagoon.
Big enough to feel cozy, 120 sq.m and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a sofa bed. Also, two bathrooms one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
The house is 40 km from the Airport and 33 km from the Argostoli but at the port of Argostoli there is a ferry-boat every 15 minutes, so somebody can enjoy a small boat trip about 20 minutes to reach Lixouri Port.
After that you need 10-15 minutes by car to arrive at the house.
