Lovely loft with loft and lake view in Morcote (Lavanda)

The living room is furnished with a large sofa to relax at the end of the day and read a book while admiring the lake scenery from the window next door. The sofa becomes a comfortable double bed for the night to accommodate two extra people. The table is for 4, where you can study, work or enjoy lunches and dinners with your better half or friends and family. Prepare everything in the kitchen accessorized with everything you need, as if you were at home!
Climb the beautiful ladder to reach the loft, where there is a double bed and storage furniture.
A bathroom with a bathtub concludes the apartment.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

The flat does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the public car parks along the street or in the large communal car park (parking charges apply).

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Palazzo Gritti - SIN4 APARTMENTS

Palazzo Gritti is a historic building that has been carefully renovated to give life to 6 vacation apartments in the village of Morcote. This project was born out of an idea and a love for the surrounding area and in a beautiful setting, where the lake laps the shore and where there is a feeling of serenity and relaxation. The palace is part of the FAI Swiss heritage, open to public visits as an important historical building on FAI spring days. Guests have access to the beautiful lakefront garden, 4Sin Garden, 300 m from the house, where they can use deck chairs, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining.

CHECK-IN from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We kindly ask you to arrive by this time slot so that we can escort you to the apartment and let us know the day before check-in what time you will arrive.
