Villa with breathtaking views of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains

Our free-standing comfortable holiday home is on the verge of Morcote on a hillside plot with open views over Lake Lugano. Behind the property adjoins the forest. There are two terraces, a covered portico, so you can always find a sheltered shady spot. There is a large living room with dining area, two bedrooms, a nursery. All rooms have a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and plenty of dishes. In the basement there is a Miele washing machine.
In the nursery there are built-in flyscreen blinds and blackout curtains.
While swimming in the 7-meter swimming pool you can enjoy the full panorama.
The house is located in a very good, clean condition, because constantly repairs and improvements are carried out.
In urgent cases, there is a local contact.

Great moments in a great place

Perfect accommodation for a family : very confortable and very well equiped. Easy to visit the country and even Milano if you want. The pool is nice ans carefully cleaned every week. And what a view !!!!!

Superbe location avec une vue magnifique !

Une maison très agréable à vivre, dans un environnement très calme. Une vue imprenable sur le lac de Lugano.La maison est très bien équipée. La piscine avec la vue sur le lac est un réel bonheur. Seul petit bémol, des travaux de rénovation dans la maison mitoyenne ont généré quelques nuisances en début de matinée. Mise à part cela une location à recommander sans hésiter.

Das Traumhaus mit den 100 Treppenstufen

Es ist unser Lieblingshaus im Tessin. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche erlebt, mit Swimmingpool, sensationeller Aussicht und erholsamen Stunden. Wir hoffen auf noch viele kommende Ferien an diesem speziellen Ort.

Ein schöner Rückzugsort mit toller Aussicht über den See

90% des Objektes sind perfekt und wirklich zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen. Die verbleibenden 10% wurden durch starken Befall von ganzen Heerscharen von Ameisen getrübt die bei Regen/Kälte plötzlich im Bereich der Abwaschmaschine in die Küche kamen und sich überall breit machten. Die vorhandenen Ameisendosen und die Saubsaugeraktionen konnten leider keine Verbesserung herbeiführen. Wenn das Problem behoben ist kommen wir gerne wieder. Der Vertrag welcher von Dr. Gahr folgt weicht von den FeWo Leistungen ab. Bett-Bad-Küchenwäsche muss selber mitgebracht werden und die Endreinigung muss vor Ort noch zusätzlich bezahlt werden dafür ist es sehr sauber. Insgesamt hat uns diese Ferienwoche extrem gut gefallen. Herzlichen Dank Die Küchenausstattung ist top das i.tüpfchen währe ein Dunstabzug.

Sehr charmante Unterkunft mit Traumblick

Hervorragend eingerichtetes (Küche!) charmantes Haus mit traumhaften Blick auf den Luganer See, auch vom Pool aus, das zwar über 90 Stufen erklommen werden muss, aber dafür wird man mehr als entschädigt.

Fantastische Aussicht!

Das Wichtigste: wer keine Treppen steigen mag (oder kann) für den ist das Haus nix. Sonst ist es ein Traum! Eine Villa hoch überm Lago di Lugano. Der Blick ist umwerfend, egal ob morgens, mittags und abends - egal in welchem Raum des Hauses (außer Küche und Bäder). Die Zimmeraufteilung: 1 Kinderzimmer (Kinderbett + Hochbett + viel Spielzeug), 2 Zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten (1 davon hat einen eigenen Balkon) + Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, ein (kleiner) Grill ist vorhanden, dazu gibt es für den Pool jede Menge aufblasbare Spielsachen. Die Betten sind bequem, die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht die neuste, aber gemütlich und es gibt sogar einen Hochstuhl für kleine Kinder. Wie waren: 4 Erwachsene + 1 Kind (1 1/2) und hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Morcote selbst ist ein bezauberndes Dorf - aber auch hier gilt: ohne Treppensteigen bleiben die schönsten Ecken verborgen. Aber für uns hat sich jede Stufe gelohnt...

Villa mit Flair in super Lage

Die Anfahrt ist einfach, der Blick über den Luganer See bei Tag und Nacht sensationell, die ruhige Alleinlage sehr erholsam und das Flair der umsichtig renovierten Villa (neue Heizung, neue Fenster, neue Küche) bezaubernd! Im und um das Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht: Schöne Möbel (einige davon neuer als auf den Bildern), neue Betten, feines Porzellan und Besteck (und solches für den Alltag), genügend Kochgeschirr und verschiedene Liegestühle. Schlafgelegenheiten gibt es in den vier Zimmern, deren Fenster über den See blicken, eins davon ein dezidiertes Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett und Kinderbett, vielen Kinderbüchern und Spielsachen. Spaziergänge und Wanderungen sind ab Haus gut möglich, grosse COOP- und Migros-Supermärkte liegen 10 Autominuten entfernt. Fernsehen und Internet funktionierten problemlos. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt und neben vielem anderen die herausragende Hausbibliothek genossen.

Wunderbares Haus mit herrlichem Blick

Wir fühlten uns in dem Haus wie in einem modernen Hotel, aber mit eigenem Schwimmbad und großzügig ausgestatteter Küche. Wir sind nicht einmal in ein Restaurant gegangen, weil hier oben kein Blick und keine Terrasse zu überbieten ist.

charmantes Ferienhaus

charmantes Haus in Höhe der Kirche von Morcote mit einer großen gedeckten und einer freien Terrasse mit wunderschönem weitem Blick über den Luganer See nach Italien hinein. Der Garten mit seinen blühenden Kamelien, Azaleen, Hortensien und Palmen vermittelte ein südländisches Flair. Innen ist das Haus gepflegt, freundlich und individuell ausgestattet; man merkt, dass die Eigentümer auch selbst hier ihre Ferien verbringen. Die Haushaltsgeräte sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir haben wirklich schöne Ferien in 'La Montanina' verbracht und werden gern wiederkommen!
