Location
The apartment is in the parkland of Porto Letizia, in the charming town of Porlezza. The resort enjoys direct access to the lake with a communal beach, where visitors can hire paddle boards and other water sports equipment. During the months of July and August, there is also a children’s entertainment program. There are dining options on-site, including a stylish café bar and a contemporary Italian restaurant.
Away from the lakeside guests can enjoy hiking or mountain biking through unspoiled forest and alpine scenery.
For self-catering, the Porlezza market takes place on the lakeside every Saturday. Here you can find beautiful Italian fashions as well as the best local food and wines. The town centre is just a 5-minute walk from the resort. Here visitors can take ferries to explore the lake.
The Swiss city of Lugano, with its many museums and markets, is just a 25-minute drive away.
The closest international airports are Milan Malpensa 1 hour 35 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 2-hour journey.
