There are two bedrooms with double beds, each with access to its own terrace, offering fantastic views of Souda Bay and enchanting sunsets.<br><br>All rooms on the ground floor open onto a large and lovely private pool area, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean flora and charming Cretan pots.<br>In the shade of the pergola is a lovely dining area with an open grill, where you can enjoy all your meals of the day while overlooking Souda Bay.<br><br>Behind the house is a charming old ruin with space to enjoy a cup of coffee at the café table, which is surrounded by newly planted fruit trees and overlooks the olive grove below.<br>At the back of the house, there is also private parking for 2 cars. Additionally, there are ample parking options outside the property.<br><br>From the house, it is approximately 700 metres down to the centre of Almyrida.
