Holiday home with pool and lake view in a quiet area in Lake Como, Colico.
The property is set on 2 levels, the ground floor comprises a living room with TV LCD SAT, free WI-FI, well equipped kitchen with induction and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, covered porch with table and chairs; on the first floor there is a double bedroom with covered terrace with lake view, twin bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower.
The property has a private pool 6x4mt (open from 30th April to Oktober 10th 2026), garden with sunloungers, barbecue to enjoy the pleasant summer time eating outside.
2 private external parking close to the entrance are available. The house has underfloor heating and cooling system.
Bed linen and towels are provided for free.
