Very clean flat. Bed was very comfortable and a large lounge. Unfortunately the weather was unusually cold when we stayed and we were a little disappointed to find that the heating had not been put on at a level to keep the flat warm. There was no heating in the kitchen which was bitterly cold. The door would not close which meant the temperature struggled to reach a warm level. On the last morning we awoke to find the pipes in the bathroom had frozen leaving us without water. We notified the main office so that someone could come and look at the bathroom hopefully avoiding any burst pipes. Had we stayed in the summer I am sure the flat would have been lovely to stay in but we were disappointed with the fact the flat was always chilly and the kitchen freezing to the extent you could see your breath in the air.
