This self-catered villa features a private pool, a garden and free private parking. Set over two floors, and 205 sq.m. and plotted on 1.500 sq.m. of garden, pool and outdoor area, Veneterra will accommodate up to 9 people, in 4 large, minimally decorated bedrooms.
You can enjoy your morning coffee in the pool patio, before strolling down to the wind protected Koundrouros beach, less than 5 minutes away by foot. The area around the sandy coast has restaurants, bars and coffee shops to suit every taste. The more adventurous can enjoy water sports, fishing and trekking through the areas’ beautiful paths.
The local mini market (less than 5 kilometers way, right by another beautiful, lengthy beach, Poisses), will surprise you with its variety of fine Greek wine, gourmet choices and wide range of local cheese. Come late afternoon, you can head back to the villa and sunbathe by the pool’s open lounge.
The external shower, with unlimited views of the Aegean, supplied with hot water, will soon become one of your favorite chill out spots. It may be time for siesta in the fully air-conditioned bedrooms, before waking up to a spectacular sunset. It may be time for a cocktail for some or a quick dive in the pool for others, children in particular. Once the sun goes down, it may be time to enjoy some local grilled meat or fish prepared in the barbecue and take advantage of the fully equipped, ambient kitchen.
