This place is stunning! It’s on the north end of the beach which was quieter. We loved that. Access to the beach was super easy. We felt so safe there. We would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful place!!

Gorgeous place and location. But the freezer didn’t work. Usually if there’s a dishwasher there’s dishwasher detergent so you can use it. Also there’s a washer and dryer , which was nice but no detergent. In others VRBO’s there’s has always been soap left so you can us it too.

Great little beach condo

You cant get much closer to the beach then this. This condo is absolutely beautiful, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. My husband and i loved laying on the hammocks and just enjoying the breeze and the sound of the ocean. You are right next to Crocs casino which is nice. The condo is all the way on the north end of Jacp beach so it is.a little ways from the action but is just a short cab ride away.

Beautiful ocean view

This condo is exactly as pictured. It has a beautiful ocean view on a quiet end of the beach. With the casino close by, you have easy walking access (3 minutes) to a coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with a fabulous view, a huge ocean front balcony and a super comfortable bed - you have found it!!

Would be 5 Stars if....

Great place and great location. It wasn’t even the fact that the “smart” lock wasn’t so smart and required 4 trips to fix it. I guess that could happen to anyone. And when we called, they did send someone to let us in and try to fix it again. But, if the place had more comfortable and better interior furniture and more on balcony, it would be 5 stars. The balcony only had two small love seat type chairs/big table. Would love to see some other seating/loungers to enjoy that awesome view.

Breaking Water Point 602: Jaco

I did not receive a lock box code from the host for this property so we had a hard time entering. The security guard was able to assist us after 30 minutes of attempting to communicate with the host. The building had per-scheduled pipe/water maintenance and the property host still allowed the property to be booked. The water was off for a day in half. We requested to be relocated to a different property due to the lack of water and it took several hours to be relocated. The original property was nice with great wifi but the relocation/lack of water was upsetting!

Weekend Getaway!

Great Condo with amazing veiws. All the comforts of home, stove dishwasher tvs. Security guards were avalible 24/7 very knowledgeable about the area would highly recommend!

Very clean with a stunning view

This condo was well-appointed and very clean. It was evident that is has been well taken care of and that an ongoing effort has been made to keep it updated. We appreciated the extra thought given in the toiletries provided as well. The view was amazing at all times of the day or night. I worked for a solid week from the covered patio/porch area and had no issues at all with the WiFi. The air conditioners worked well, making it colder than we needed at times. The security guards were both friendly and informative. The only drawback was the noise level. There was construction on the unit below us for the week that we were here that started prior to 7am daily. This made some of our work calls a bit difficult. This, combined with the extremely loud family above us, was a lot at times, but we are not sure that is something that is controllable. We did not call security and did not complain to Vacasa, so it is possible that it our own fault. The unit is on the beach but still pretty far out of town, so we'd recommend a car rental while staying here. I don't believe it's something you'd want to walk unless you really enjoy getting lots of steps in. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. We would consider this unit again.

Wonderful Condo in Excellent Location

We loved staying here. It was extremely clean, with beautiful views of not only the ocean, but of the lagoon next to the jungle. We loved being on the far end of the beach. We also got to enjoy watching scarlet macaws playing in that area most days. The condo itself had everything we needed, and we also loved the hammocks. There is 24/7 security, and the guards were very nice. It was just a short 3-5 min drive to town to access amazing restaurants. But, be aware, next door they have a place that plays hip hop music at the pool much of the day, but they turn it off by 8PM that night. It did not bother us, but it may bother some.

Paradise beach front! Ocean breeze and sunset! Dreamy!

Everything we needed was there. We were next to the pool and sea. We saw beautiful sunsets. The place fully equipped: beds, towels, kitchen supplies... It is a real home. I am planning to visit this place again. Great vacation for our family!
