The apartment has a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and a sofa bed for 2 people. Television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine (pods). You will also benefit from a parking space in the residence (common parking), the residence is secured by an electric barrier. You will benefit from hotel services with the reception on arrival, the beds made on arrival and the cleaning on departure. Two deposits must be paid on arrival: one of 100€ for the beep of the electric barrier and a second of 900€ for the apartment (which will not be cashed unless damage is noted on departure).
