T.V. did not work & manager could not resolve issue for 3 days. Faulty sliding glass shower door that came off railing, a fell on my wife in shower. Laundry machine required electrical adapter which building manager repeatedly forgot to give us, that IIhas to buy one. Air conditioning was unfunctionable, and situation was only rectified after enduring 9 hours of gruelling and suffocating 42C heat. During our stay we had repeated electrical power outages due to someone turning off the breaker in the junction-box under management control. It is not funny when one requires a CPAP to sleep with, and in mid-night, power goes off and one wakes up choking for lack of air. Overall poor maintenance.
Manager was great with excuses, and ofteb contradicted himself.
Furthermore, their website leads you to believe they have a pool, which it is not the case. The beach and the pool is approximately 1 km. from the appartment. The pool belongs to someone else, who charges 3 euros / person for a 10 minute dip. Also, we were to have 4 reserved long beach chairs with overhead shade covers and access to private changing rooms, which was not the case. We complained about this, but was only resolved over an hour later, by then we had left the beach. Management was very slow to react each time, responding an hour or two after tje fact. The only good thing I could say about this place, it is well centered for shopping, restaurants, Bistro/Bars, groceries...
