The area is quiet and safe and the apartment is only 30 seconds away from the famous La Concha beach. It is the perfect starting point for you to discover all areas of the city.
Just a few meters away you will find the La Choncha path, here everyday you will see locals enjoying morning walks to the neighboured beach Ondarreta. Only 3 minutes walking distance you will find the Cathedral of Buen Pastor as well as the exclusive commercial area, artisanal bakeries and many cafes...
