Refined, elegant and recently renovated apartment close to Vatican Museums (20 mins flat walk) and shopping district around via Cola di Rienzo (15 mins flat walk), Very comfortable, ideal for a couple, can accommodate up to 4 people.
The “Lepanto” metro station is less than 10 minutes walk and 2 stops away from Spanish Step stop and Rome historic center.

The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and cosy location to visit Rome.
It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed (will be prepared only in case of 3 or 4 guests booking), kitchen corner and dining table, and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, toaster, oven, kettle, Nespresso machine, washer&dryer machine and dishwashing machine.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For booking for up to 2 guests will be prepared only the double bed. Only in case of booking for 3 or 4 guests will be prepared also the sofa bed.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 115 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

Great option for short or long stay in Rome

Hosts and their colleagues were all so kind, helpful and responsive. Apartment was accurately described, clean and comfortable. We found many great places to eat in the surrounding neighborhood.

Gradevole e centrale

Situato nel quartiere Prati l'appartamento è ben collegato con vari spot turistici o direttamente in autobus (a 100 metri) o in metropolitana (Lepanto, A). L'appartamento è spazioso, eravamo in tre, rifatto à nuovo, e con tutti i confort. Nel palazzo c'erano dei lavori in corso, i rumori iniziavano già alle otto di mattina, ma trattandosi di una situazione occasionale non lo tengo in conto nel mio giudizio complessivo che rimane ottimo. Probabilmente uno dei migliori Airbnb dove ho soggiornato.
