The west facing patio is accessible via bi-fold doors from the living area to take advantage of the evening sun. The sleek and stylish kitchen is fully equipped. The owners have thought of everything to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Located in the kitchen area is a vast central island with plenty of stools to rest on while enjoying a hearty meal. The kingsize bedroom interior is the epitome of chic. With intelligent use of colour and luxury furnishings it is instantly inviting. This room boasts a luxury kingsize bed with a deep mattress, cooling cotton bed linen, deluxe throw, and scatter cushions. The large patio doors provide direct access from the bedroom to the east facing patio to take advantage of the morning sun. The modern luxury shower room is sizeable and features a rainfall shower. Outside the expansive patio wraps around the property on three sides as well as having garden furniture to sit out on, on warm sunny days.

Visit Kendal Museum, dating back to 1796, which houses historical archaeology and the largest taxidermy collection in Europe. Abbott Hall is ideal for art lovers, set in beautiful grounds on the bank of the river Kent. Other historic sites include Kendal Castle dating back to the 12th century. Kendal is an old market town famous for its annual Mountain Festival, the ultimate social gathering for all those who love the outdoors. Kendal is also famous for its Mint Cake, the first energy bar produced over 100 years ago. You can reach Windermere and Ambleside in under 30 minutes by car. These popular tourist hotspots are ideal for a day out to shop, eat, drink and make the most of the natural beauty that Lake Windermere offers.
