Spacious 2-Bedroom Rural Cottage with Large Private Garden

A beautiful two bedroomed (sleeps 4 ), fully equipped gite in the heart of the Limousin countryside.
Quiet and peaceful, with beautiful walks and cycle routes nearby.
Just a five minutes drive from the scenic village of Rancon or a ten minutes drive to the town of Chateauponsac, with it's supermarket, shops and restaurants.
2 Double bedrooms upstairs.
Upstairs, there is also a separate toilet and shower room.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, microwave cooker, washing machine , kettle and toaster.
There is also a second toilet and shower room.
A living room with garden views.
A dining room with dining table, seats four.
There is a TV available.
Outside, there is seating for four people in the garden.
Free parking is available next to the cottage.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Richard and Claire live in the neighbouring property and are, therefore, available if required.
