ZC4 Pet Friendly Home Near Zion
A pet-friendly two bedroom, two bath home with full kitchen, makes this an ideal place to set up headquarters for your tour of the National Parks located here in Utah.
This modest 1,000 sq. ft. pet-friendly home has everything you need with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to sleep 6.
Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a single daybed and an on-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and a variety of small appliances.
The unit is also equipped with a propane BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you! We also have an antenna that gives you about 18 local channels.
The backyard is fully fenced, however, pets may not be left unattended.
Guests have access to the entire property, washer and dryer, barbecue, our cottonwood grove and other amenities found in the back portion of our project.
Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.
La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.
You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.
Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival.

CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 a.m. Mountain Time
NO early check-in or late check-out.

We have had vacation rentals for more than five years, but these are the first ones we have built specifically for our guests. We know you will find it very comfortable and convenient for your home base as you visit Utah's National Parks.
I really enjoy the vacation rental business. We have met lots of wonderful people and everyone seems to love to come to this part of the world.
My wife suggested we get into this she helps things move along.
We have five adult children and 13 grandchildren and have lived in the area for over 30 years and in La Verkin for the past three.

Why they chose this property
We have other vacation rentals, but wanted to do something special. We purchased this property in 2016 and finished the first phase with these four vacation rentals. Our second phase was to build 24 bunkhouses for people who cannot find a place to camp or just want to save some money on their accommodations while visiting Zion. While this property is very well stocked and has most everything you would want the Bunkhouse second phase is more basic. It is also be set in among some beautiful trees and natural surroundings covering a three acres. We hope it works out to be a very restorative place for people who want to come and enjoy some time in small town Utah.
What makes this property unique
This property has been geared to multiple families, with each bedroom having its own on suite bathroom. Each bedroom also has a king bed to stretch out on and a twin besides.
With 2x6 framing and other special things done to make this home more soundproof and energy efficient, we think you will find it most comfortable.
