Roaming cats on our rental property and poor location.

I need an expansive space (email, etc.) to give an overall appraisal of this property which led to medical issues, still ongoing, as we continue our (4) week stay in Italy. Please advise on how I can accomplish this…

good evening, I too would like to have a large space to describe this surreal and annoying situation. They booked months ago without IN THE SLIGHTEST way mentioning the allergy to cats of one of them. My property is in the countryside and the cats, owned by other guests of the residence, or strays, obviously roam freely. In any case, after 7 days they asked me to leave a week early DEMANDING a refund and obviously leaving me the house unsold at the last moment. Now I ask myself: if a person, even of a certain age, knows they have such a serious allergy why: 1. book in the countryside 2. doesn't ask if there could be cats around 3. doesn't have their medicine with them 4. demands a refund from one day to the next without considering that I kept the house booked for them for 5 months. 5. they offend me so heavily by writing in a review that they have a problem because they stayed in our property. fortunately the management of VRBO told me that I do not have to refund anything and that if I was not informed in advance of your needs unfortunately I could not imagine the allergy. in the countryside, fortunately, cats are everywhere and you can neither insult nor demand compensation if you made a mistake in booking or simply changed your mind at the last moment. I am sorry because it is a truly defamatory review, thank goodness that on other sites my work and my seriousness is rewarded with very high ratings and not with these defamatory ravings.
