Beautiful holiday rental with shared pool
Beautiful holiday rental in one of the best urbanizations in Morro Jable. You have the right to use the community pool of the complex and air conditioning for the hottest days of the year. The location is fantastic because it is one step away from the beach and all the services and restaurants of the town. The apartment has two floors, with a small terrace on each floor. The house is very well equipped and the WIFI connection is high-speed fiber optic (300mb/s), ideal for working remotely. It has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and two small terraces to enjoy the wonderful climate of Fuerteventura all year round.
The holiday rental is for the use and enjoyment of the guests. Everything you see in the photos is for use by guests. There is only one room, which does not appear in the photos, to which they do not have access, because it is where the owners keep their personal belongings. The washing machine is located in the apartment itself, in a small room on the terrace downstairs. The community pool can be used by the guests of this apartment. There are just a few neighbors in the complex, so the pool is normally quiet and it is usually with hardly any people.
The complex where the apartment is located is usually quiet and there are not many noises, but this apartment faces a main road, so there is often noise from passing traffic. There is also a neighbor outside the complex who has two dogs that often bark. These are noises that do not reach the apartment very loudly and that do not bother most people, but there are people who can be feel bothered by the noise, so this circumstance should be taken into account if you want to book the apartment.
Check-in is normally done autonomously by retrieving the keys from a security box. We send you detailed instructions to find the keys without problems. If you want us to receive you personally it is also possible but it has a surcharge of €25, and it must be between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If there is a delay and you arrive between 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., regardless of the reason (a delayed flight, etc.), it has an extra charge of €25 in cash. Beyond 24:00 the extra charge is €50 more in cash.
If the check-in is autonomous, there are no time limitations nor extra charges.
It is possible to enter the apartment before 16:00 free of charge if there are no other clients leaving on the day of your arrival (please ask us about it).
