Villa Vinya is a picturesque setting for a relaxing holiday. Located between the old town of Pollensa and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. A short drive will take you into either resort where you'll find a diverse choice of restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom villa has traditional Spanish furnishings and spacious grounds. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Enjoying the best of both world, Villa Vinya is located in the Pollensa countryside, yet has the facilities of both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa all within a very short drive. Pollensa Old Town is filled with traditional tapas restaurants, whilst Puerto Pollensa has a choice of more stylish bistros along the seafront. You'll also find water sports, golf courses and a waterpark within easy reach by car.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
