Sauberkeit:
Es stank nach Reinigungsmittel, der Boden war schlierig, die Möbel sind alt, abgenutz, feuchtigkeitsbelastet (der Verwalter schreibt: use and age),
Handtuch war schmutzig, Kacheln und Ecken waren dunkel/dreckig und oder rot/rostig
weiter haben wir nicht geguckt weil wir nicht geblieben sind.
In den 60 Min. die wir vorort waren fiel 2x der Strom aus, Sicherungen muß man suchen: 1x in der Küche und 1x an der Hausrückwand.
In der Zeit musste ich auch noch die WC-Spülung reparieren.
Check-in:
Wir sollten nach Lisabon ins Büro um den Schlüssel abzuholen.
Erst nach Hinweis auf eine schlechte Bewertung lenkte am ein und hat uns in Cascais empfangen.

Die Fotos sind zu gut gemacht oder retuschiert.
Kommunikation:
ja, vorhanden aber absolut nicht einsichtig, wir bleiben auf unser Kosten sitzen.
Lage/Umgebung:
Wir waren nur ca. 60 Min. da.
Lage: keine Ahnung
Umgebung: direkt neben dem Haus stehen 2 öffentlichen Müllcontainer
und eine Menge an Müll/Abfall daneben. Fliegen waren sofort präsent.
Gesamt:
nicht zu empfehlen, Finger weg

Problema con la electricidad
El apartamento esta bien, decoracion muy fria, poco acogedora. La zona es popular. El mayor problema es la electricidad, en la casa hay dos apartamentos, ademas hay otras tres viviendas en la parcela y tienen dos puestos de carga de coches electricos, con todo esto la luz se va frecuentemente y la agencia no te atiende, te dice que han llamdo al propietario pero el propietario no aparece. Finalmente descubrimos nosotros como resolverlo, hay unos interruptores generales fuera que son los que saltan y hay que reamarlos. Pero esto nadie nos lo dijo y sin duda teinen sobrecarga electrica. Es un fallo muy importante que nadie te resuelve
