Lovely holiday home on two floors with sea view and lots of charm, quietly located on a wooded natural plot, only 500 meters from the splendid and extremely child-friendly Balka Beach.



Welcome to this spacious and comfortable house with modern furnishings. Tasteful furnishings and cozy sloping wooden ceilings make this house ooze holiday atmosphere. It is a pleasure to cook in the house's large kitchen, where many guests can be at work at the same time. On the 1st floor you will find a lovely living room, which is the perfect place to be and watch a movie in the evening after an active day in your holiday. Here is also access to a covered balcony - a good place for a cup of coffee.



The house has 2 bathrooms and 4 great bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 single beds. A total of space for 8 people. If you have a dog, it is also welcome on your holiday in this holiday home.



You will spend a big part of your holiday on the large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can sit and sunbathe while reading a good book or drinking a glass of wine. You also have a barbecue at your disposal, so you can have cozy barbecue evenings combined with great familiy times. There is a carport for your car, as well as charging facilities for electric cars. The house is located between charming Snogebæk and Nexø - both with good places to eat, great shopping opportunities and cute shops that sell, among other things, the unique ceramics and glass art that the island is known for. The Rokkestenen attraction is also relatively close to the holiday home.
