Cozy central townhouse, with terrace/backyard with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Entrance hall. Living room with wood burning stove. Dining area, Kitchen with refrigerator (w / freezer), hall with access to the courtyard. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

1 floor. Hallway with alcove with daybed, 2 bedrooms, 1 room with double bed, 1 room with double bed and daybed.
Internet and TV (Danish, German and Swedish programs and TV2play). Radio.

In addition, a small shed/ house with washing machine and drying rack and a dishwasher.

The rent is included with the Heating (Central heating) , water and electricity will be paid for the used consumption.
Firewood for the wood stove is not included.

Outdoors you can enjoy life in the undisturbed/cozy terrace/backyard with barbecue, the plot is closed with a lattice gate. or go the the harbor (150 m) and take a walk along the harbour.
