Villa Kostas is situated at st Spyridon,Perithia north east Corfu. Hidden among rolling olive groves on a quiet Corfiot hill, the villa is designed for guests seeking slow mornings, uninterrupted sunsets, and the feeling of being completely away from it all. Our villa offers memorable group stays, combining private suites with large social spaces ideal for long summer dinners, celebrations, and relaxed Corfu evenings. The area is ideal for families looking for peaceful vacations, relaxing by the swimming pool while being within walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The area of St Spyridon has to offer Corfiot dishes at the local restaurants, beaches with golden sand and amazing sunsets at the nearby lagoon. Guests in our area can rent a boat from North Corfu Boats to explore the coast, do horse riding or simply walk around the paths to discover isolated beaches. In the meantime the busy resorts of Kassiopi and Acharavi are 10min drive away where you can find a wider variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect holidays

Great place, Great location

We stayed for ten days as a family with two small children. The place is spacious, clean and modern, contains everything you need. The interior is tasteful and cosey. Owners are extremely nice and helpful. The closest beach (Spiridon beach) is in walking distance and optimal for children. Nice sand, shallow and there are showers. A variety of taverns are close by (Harry's had good food, Hellas has the best view). We loved everything, except for the bloodthirsty mosquitos. Never seen it that bad. Bring lots of repellent! We will come back anyways ! Thank you, Petros, for a great vacation!

Stayed at Villa Kostas with family July 14-25. Communication before we arrived, during our stay and after we left was spot on. Petros and his mum are lovely. Villa was beautifully located and very clean and cosy. Has everything you need for short or extended stay. Villa is just tucked off the main road leading into Agious Spyridon but all ameneties are nearby. Having a car is ideal but if you are energetic, car is not essential. Villa is spacious, & well furnished. I enjoyed using the fully fitted kitchen and large fridge/freezer in particular (don't confuse this full kitchen with a kitchenette!). Welcome pack was an additional bonus. Sunsets were glorious! We will be back!

Entspannen mit Blick auf das Meer

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene, gut ausgestattete und klimatisierte Wohnung für entspannte Tage auf der grünen Insel Korfu. Strand, Restaurants und Gelegenheit zum Einkaufen sind in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto kann man von hier aus sehr gut die Insel zu erkunden. Die netten Vermieter bieten einen guten Service und sind jederzeit unkompliziert ansprechbar.

Schönes Haus im Olivenhain

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Klimanlage ist zugleich Heizung. Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Ausblick ist super! Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, Korfu hat mir insgesamt nicht so gut gefallen.

Wonderful place

The house is clean, well equiped, and with very helpful owners. The are wonderful views from the house of the coast near the village, and of the olive groves that cover most of the land nearby. The beach is easy to walk to down the footpath, just 5 minutes. PS. There is local supermarket just down the road. The nearest large supermarket is Diellas in Acharavi.

Our story began in the early 1980s, when our grandfather purchased a piece of land as a dowry gift for our mother. A decade later, our parents built the ground floor, which included a studio and a two-bedroom apartment. Not long after, they added a first floor with the same layout. Over the years, these apartments became a beloved summer retreat, where countless families created unforgettable memories. In 2020, the second generation—brothers Petros and Giorgos—took the reins and began an extensive renovation to modernize the property. The interior was transformed, combining each floor into one spacious apartment. Outdoors, the space was expanded, beautiful stone walls were constructed, and in 2023, the centerpiece—a stunning swimming pool—was added. Today, we proudly continue our family tradition, offering a revitalized haven for you to create new memories.
