The apartment is a dip in the light, every space is very bright thanks to the large windows that overlook the city from the 6th floor.
The building is equipped with an elevator and daytime concierge and is located a stone's throw from the Pirelli skyscraper.
The space consists of an entrance hall, kitchenette with an induction hob, oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and boiler. A dining table and a comfortable sofa with Smart TV are at your complete disposal.
The bedroom, equipped with large windows (which can be darkened by internal curtains), has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe for storing your personal belongings.
Soaps and detergents are not available in the house.
Air conditioning, free WiFi and washing machine are at your disposal in the apartment.
How to collect the keys:
-Flexibility option: you can pick up the keys at the Hostmate offices, near Milan Central Station, from 11am to 6pm. You can then go to the flat to leave your luggage. You will be able to return home from 15:00, when it is ready and clean.
- Option Make an Appointment: from 15:00 you can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration which we will confirm as soon as possible. Please note that there is a fee for this service and it must be done no later than 6:00 pm on the day before arrival.
Cost of service:
-3pm to 6pm at a cost of €15 (VAT included).
-Late check-in 18:00 - 21:00: at a cost of 20€ (VAT included),
-Late check-in 21:00 - 00:00 at a cost of 40€ (VAT included).
How does it work?
-After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on chat containing a link to access your registration. Follow the steps indicated and enter the details of all guests staying, this process is very important and required by law. You can find all the information on accommodationweb.poliziadistato.
-Once registration is complete, you will receive instructions on how to get to the offices first and then to the house in the chat.
Other important information:
- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day of your arrival. In case of damage, the cost of the item or repair will be your responsibility.
- Damaging the lock, losing or breaking the keys will result in an additional charge of between 100€ and 500€ to be covered by the guest.
- Please note that the property does not provide soaps and detergents.
Please leave the house tidy, with the rubbish sorted as indicated in the recycling instructions. In case of additional cleaning and/or non-compliance, the costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you.
