Nice holiday home in Kiatorp, Fagerhult with a luxurious terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. Here, you have only 120m for a nice swim at one of the cottage area's bathing areas, where there are jetties, swimming rafts and a common sun deck. On the house's large terrace, you have both a dining area, lounge furniture and sun loungers. You have three buildings that are connected to the patio deck. The large cabin has a nice open kitchen/living room with a dining area and comfortable sofa furniture (the sofa here is a sofa bed). In this kitchen there is a sink, fridge, coffee maker and two hotplates. In the large cabin there is also a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. In the beautiful guest cabin there is an open bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed of 140 cm. There is also a sleeping loft with a lower ceiling height where there is a double bed. At the back of the house is the third house which houses an extra kitchen area with a dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. Here there is also the bathroom with a separate entrance from the outside, which is equipped with a separate, sink and shower cubicle. The separate unit is replaced by the owner of the house. There is another swimming area in the cottage area with a sandy beach, jetties and swimming raft.You also have an inflatable kayak to explore the lake with. There is a smaller grocery store in Fagerhult 3.5 km away. There is also Välenbadet's campsite with a restaurant that offers simpler meals. There is a larger grocery store in Högsby. If you want to go to the coast/sea, there are Oskarshamn and Kalmar, where there is also a larger selection of restaurants and shops. You can enjoy day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, the "Glasriket" of Kosta Boda and Kleva Mine. Even more local gems such as Aboda Klint and More Kastell are well worth a visit. Not for rent to companies.
