The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to a very clean and not too heavily crowded beach. A 10 minute drive to Péniche was just right. Parking was easy around the property.

Contemporary Retreat

Property is very contemporary in style and look beds are comfortable and the bathroom is exceptional. Couches in the living room are very uncomfortable but other than that the property as described in the listing. the property was what we expected

Wir waren vom 01.07. bis zum 09.07.26 in der Wohnung. Es herrschet von 08:00 bis 18:00 Uhr permaneter, massiver und extrem lauter Baulärm. Das Appartement ist von zwei Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe umgeben. Selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern war der Lärm noch so laut, dass er in den Ohren wehtat. Die Bauarbeiter nahmen mit Ihren Vorrichtungen zur Metallverarbeitung selbst den Bordstein vor unseren Fenstern ein, sodass man ihnen die Hand schitteln hätte können. Die Beschreibung, dass es eventuell zu gelegentlichem Lärm von einer Baustelle in der näheren Umgebung kommen könnte ist massiv untertrieben. Der Zustand der Baustellen lässt vermutten, dass es so noch Monate bis Jahre weitergeht. Die Kommunikation mit der vermietenden Agentur war blockierend. Es wurde immer wieder darauf verwiesen, dass sie die Bauarbeiten (verständlicherweise) nicht beeinflussen können. Im Grunde ist das Appartment aber nicht vermietbar. Eine Kompensation seitens der Agentur wurde blockiert. FeWo meldete uns, dass die Agentur auf Anfrage auch hier nicht antwortete.Dagegen waren Ameisen in der Küche und der Geruch von Insektizieden in den Kleiderschränken nur Kleinichkeiten. Fazit: Wohnung ist ok, wenn sie nicht genutzt wird oder für absolut lärmtolerante Personen.
