Cottage next to the canal and close to swimming. Right next to the outdoor area Lunnedet and Knappforsen's sluice with a view of the canal you will find this gem. The cabin is renovated and cozy with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay here. The bathroom has a WC, washing machine and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from microwave, coffee maker and kettle to dishwasher and waffle iron and toaster. In the spacious living room you can spend rainy days in front of the fireplace. The sofa can be made into a bed and has room for two people. The sleeping loft that you find from the living room has a double bed. Large terrace with sun from morning to evening. The electric awning (remote control) helps keep the cabin at the right temperature even in the height of summer. Boat and raft can be rented on site. On the raft there is a large table with four chairs and a smaller table. The raft is powered by an electric motor and the owner makes sure the battery is charged. The boat is also powered by an electric motor. The grill that is in the cabin can be taken with you if you want to grill on the raft, flame protection is available so that you don't burn ugly marks on the raft. There are also plates, cutlery etc. in the raft. There are also two ladders and anchors so you can stop and take a dip. Finesse life jacket for a man and a woman and also 2 pcs. life jackets for smaller children. Good fishing water! A fishing license (a fishing rod) is included in the rent for Lake Lonnen. The jetty, which you have access to next to the cabin, has a ladder. Here there is also a ramp for loading boats/jet skis etc. The cottage is located by Knappforsälven between lake Lonnen and the luice at Lunnedet. After sluicing, you come out into the lake system "Bergslagskanalen" which takes you all the way up to Filipstad. The luice is located approx. 700 meters from the cottage. Alternatively, if you have your own boat, there is a loading ramp above the luice. During the summer months, there is a lot of activity at Knappforsen/Lunnedet in the form of music performances, camping, car meets and much else exciting. You can get here by a short 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Plenty of hiking trails in the area. At close driving distance there are 4 different golf courses, as well as a golf simulator, padel and sport shooting (Storfors). Inside Karlskoga you will find everything from shops to entertainment, such as the very popular Boda Borg.
