The apartment, located on the first floor of a building without a lift, opens onto a hallway that connects all the rooms and enjoys a wonderful sea view. The living area includes a lounge furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with wardrobes, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.

Genoa, a port city and capital of Liguria, is historically renowned for its important role in maritime trade over many centuries.
